Here are a few pictures from our ultra sound back in October. If you look closely you can see that the baby has Tyrel's brain (the black void area in the head) and my heart :) I really do love my husband.
Tyrel and I are still doing pretty great. Sometimes I think Tyrel's head is going to blow up from the stress of school and working in a group that is dysfunctional, but his head is still intact so I think he might make it. I on the other hand feel quite the opposite. Now that student teaching is over and I don't have a job, I don't have a whole lot to do. I've taken on a few sewing projects to kill time and they are fun, but you can only do so much with old jeans and t-shirts. We are on a tight budget right now, so the purchasing of materials is out. When Tyrel comes home at night we spend time making dinner, watching movies, or working on his math homework. I really like his math homework. Any time he gets stuck on a problem is an opportunity for me to work through what I consider to be a fun brain teaser. I don't see why Tyrel doesn't think his math homework is as fun as I do. The best thing about being a stay-at-home-wife is that the dishes get done every day and the apartment stays nice and tidy. I just hope I can keep this up without becoming an idle snail. I have one week left of this before Christmas and then the months of January and February....After that...BANG! We gotta baby! I'm sure my life will become more eventful once that little moment happens. Oh, here's some great news...I graduate in a week and two days! That's right, I will have paper proof that I am an educated woman. Isn't that great? I think it is. I'm going to miss being a student at BYU-Idaho. I really love this school. If anyone reads this who is trying to decide what college to attend, I highly suggest BYU-Idaho. I don't know what it is like at other universities, but there is something really special about the Spirit on campus here (the Spirit of Ricks some might say). If you have the right attitude and the right mindset you will come out of this school with much more than a degree.
That's about all I've got for you today. Tyrel and I are really excited about Christmas and spending time with family and friends. I'm especially excited for Christmas this year because I know I got Tyrel the best surprise present in the history of Tyrel and Suzi Christmas'. Good thing I got a nice new camera for graduation so I can record the event when it goes down. Okay, I'm really done now.
